We ship as guest checkout only — no account required. Your order status is always available through the links in your confirmation email.

Check your email
Two emails arrive after you order. Your order confirmation contains a link to your order status page. Your shipping confirmation contains the carrier tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Step 2
Click the status link
The order status page shows real-time fulfilment progress, carrier updates, and estimated delivery. No account is needed — the link is unique to your order.
Step 3
Can’t find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If the email isn’t there, contact us at hello@odure.co with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
