We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not ship internationally.
A single flat rate of $9.99 CAD applies to every order, regardless of size or destination within Canada.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel is in transit.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Remote communities and rural addresses may require additional time. These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We ship via Canada Post or an equivalent national carrier. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and parcel dimensions.
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us.
If your parcel does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate and make it right. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.
